Molo Paradiso Restaurant is a small, family-run business born from Albina and Paolo’s passion for hospitality and good food. Partners in both life and work, they believe this is the most beautiful place on Lake Garda – and they prove it every day by taking care of every detail.
The result is a unique atmosphere, where guests feel at home and rediscover the pleasure of true Italian hospitality.
At the helm of the kitchen is Donato Cariddi, a chef from Salento who has arrived on Lake Garda to bring his own interpretation of local cuisine.

The Chef’s Philosophy
My roots are in Salento, grounded in a cuisine that is sunny, instinctive, and shaped by both sea and land. Lake Garda, which has welcomed me, has taught me balance, restraint, and how to truly listen to the territory.
In my culinary vision, these two places come together: the South gives me character and memory, while Garda brings precision and elegance. Every dish is born from this dialogue, where roots are not lost, but evolve in respect for the place I now call home.
